Great Mountains
The Great Mountains are a formidable barrier to the west of the High and Southern Plains. Starting with rolling foothills and processing to snow-peaked mountain ranges well above the timberline, few, if any, natives or outsiders make their home in the heart of the Great Mountains. There are, however, quite a few isolated tribes of hoof-men who are well-suited for high-altitude living, despite the large Copperhawks that roost there.
